About the Position

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Vice President of Customer Base Sales to lead our Account Management team and drive growth across our existing Great Place To Work customer base. Reporting to the EVP of Sales, this pivotal leadership role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver predictable revenue through ambitious customer retention and expansion targets.

The ideal candidate is a people-first leader who thrives on coaching sellers, shaping scalable processes, and influencing outcomes through operational excellence. You will set and execute team objectives aligned with organizational strategy, applying advanced business acumen to solve highly complex challenges, implement initiatives, optimize performance, and guide staffing and process decisions in accordance with established policies and budgets.

As a trusted partner to senior leadership and customer executives, you will foster cross-functional collaboration, resolve escalations, and ensure alignment across priorities. Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
