About The Position
The Strategic Advisor III position will support the success of the Global Advisory Services business unit. This position will be responsible for owning or contributing to the design, development, and execution of projects and activities that contribute to the success of the business unit.
We are looking for someone who is highly detailed and enthusiastic about Great Place To Work®’s mission to help every place become a great place to work For All. This person should have a history of building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels and experience creating high-quality data-driven client deliverables in a very fast-paced and highly agile environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings a positive and inspiring attitude to our team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This person will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering key deliverables for Great Place To Work’s most complex and influential accounts. As a result, this individual must have a high level of self-initiative, excellent follow-through, and strong problem-solving skills. As with all team members, this person will role model our Great Place To Work Values and will develop and thrive around the “10 Ways to Build Your Success” at Great Place To Work.
You will:
Analyze large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data into clear, compelling insights and strategic recommendations, translating findings into executive-ready narratives that enable informed decision-making and organizational change.
Apply Great Place To Work® methodologies, frameworks, and points of view fluently, alongside relevant organizational development and business principles, to develop differentiated client insights across core research areas, including workplace trust, leadership behaviors, employee experience, employee resource groups, AI, and well-being.
Participate in and/or contribute to client meetings, including executive discussions, workshops, focus groups, and discovery sessions, demonstrating strong executive presence and proactive meeting preparation and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, write, and edit high-quality client deliverables (reports, presentations, executive talking points, etc.), ensuring clarity, executive relevance, and alignment with Great Place To Work® methodologies, tone, style, and bespoke client requirements.
Ensure all client-facing materials are polished, professional, and compliant with Brand Standards and Intellectual Property Guidelines.
Anticipate current and emerging client needs, proactively surfacing data-driven insights and recommendations that enable colleagues and account teams to deliver trusted, forward-looking advice.
Contribute to a unified client experience through thoughtful communication, internal collaboration, proactive risk management, and operational support as needed.
Enable team delivery by providing operational and execution support that helps colleagues meet project timelines and deliverables.
20% travel; includes international travel as required.
Required Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or complex project/program environments
Client-facing experience, demonstrable ability to own workstreams and deliver high-quality client outcomes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Strong quantitative and qualitative data analysis skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready reports and presentations
Applied AI fluency, using generative AI or analytics tools to accelerate insight development and client deliverables responsibly
Highly self-directed, collaborative, and adaptable, with strong judgment, attention to quality, and a responsible mindset
Alignment with Great Place to Work® Values, guiding behaviors, and Mission
Must be a team player who can effectively toggle between different roles
Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and openness to feedback, with a commitment to continuous professional development
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, People Analytics, and/or employee experience a strong plus
Experience supporting facilitation, workshops, or qualitative research efforts
Ability to connect employee experience insights to broader business outcomes

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
