About the Position

The Principal Business Data Analyst position is responsible for leading and supporting analytic projects within the Global Recognition, Research and Strategic Partnerships (GRRSP) business unit and reports to the Vice President, Global Recognition & Research. As a subject matter expert, this role will collaborate closely with many other subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout our global business to lead and support the development of research insights for executive-level audiences that help the C-Suite understand the essentials factors that create great workplaces around the world, make the business case for this work, and provide unique insights about how they make faster, more meaningful improvements. The Principal Analyst will answer complex questions for executives and our media partners using quantitative and qualitative methods to provide clear, directive, and inspirational insights.

We seek an experienced, solutions-oriented, and data-driven analytics professional who is an organized systems-thinker with strong applied research experience, is collaborative and skilled at working with various stakeholders to apply advanced analytic techniques to uncover new and novel insights, develop exceptional client-facing reports for US and global executive audiences, colleagues, and media partners (including FORTUNE), and establish repeatable approaches to scale that work. The qualified candidate will be able to demonstrate previous work experience leading applied research, and the curiosity and self-drive to learn new techniques and tools to improve the organization continuously.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $137,900 to $198,250 however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
