About the Position

The Business Project Manager IV, reports to the EVP, People & Purpose and is key in supporting the business unit and broader organization. This role plays a pivotal role in maintaining a productive and positive work environment, supporting executive functions, and managing key projects and events effectively. A key focus for this position is to significantly ease the burden on the Great Place To Work® Events Team, allowing them to focus on the strategic aspects of event planning and execution. This role will require in-office commitment 4-days/week and may be required to travel to locations throughout the East Bay, North Bay, and South Bay Areas to work.

This position is responsible for a wide range of duties, including project management, team member engagement, event support & coordination, office experience, procurement, and executive support. This role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly integrate into the team and contribute to the overall success of the People & Purpose business unit, and promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and engagement among team members that aligns with Our Values, 10 Ways, and internal and external brand. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously – in a rapidly changing environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism, impeccable judgement, leadership.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $96,900 to $139,300, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
