About the Position
Customer Success Managers (CSMs) play an integral role in customer onboarding, adoption of our proprietary survey & analytics platform - Emprising™ and play a key role in the renewal process. CSMs take a team-based approach to enable our customers to experience the value of Emprising®, Great Place To Work Certification®, Best Workplaces™ List participation, and our community.
CSMs are responsible for maintaining a portfolio of customers; building customer relationships that foster retention, ensuring their overall well-being by supporting the setup and maximizing of features within the platform, and serving as a connection point to Great Place To Work research and events. CSMs help our customers interact with our Certification and List offerings so they can take full advantage of the value proposition of our brand partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Serves as a trusted advisor and informs customers of the value and opportunities Great Place To Work offers
Is an expert of all Great Place To Work offerings, products, and services
Understands customers’ needs in order to frame the value of Emprising value in a way that supports their goals for working with Great Place To Work
Owns a portfolio of high-touch/high volume accounts which includes onboarding, advising, training, and checking in with customers to ensure product adoption
Listens for areas of dissatisfaction and improvement, and relays that information to the appropriate stakeholders and Account Manager for continuous learning and improvement.
Offers expertise and best practices in survey design and data structuring
Proactively provides updates and relevant information on product changes/updates, bugs, Great Place To Work events/research/Recognition program to customers
Listens for and elevates opportunities to expand partnerships through upsells and cross-selling in collaboration with the Sales Team
After-hours/on-call work may be required on occasion
Travel requirements less than 25%
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of professional work experience focused on Customer Experience/ Success
Proven ability to deal with ambiguity in a start-up environment
Excellence in building client relationships virtually
Demonstrated teamwork, self-direction and client management skills
Demonstrated success managing conflicts and deadlines
Comfortable taking the lead in problem-solving across multiple teams and work streams
Proven ability to work independently and within a virtual team environment
Comfortable with data analysis in Excel
Proficient in Salesforce.com or similar CRM, plus a desire and willingness to learn new applications
Strong written and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing a logo quota and demonstrable experience in influencing account growth a plus
BA or BS in a Business or OD disciple preferred; advanced degree a plus (MBA, Positive org. psych, I/O psych, OD/OB) a plus

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $76,500 - $110,000, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
