About the Position
This Strategic Advisor III position will support the success of the Global Advisory Services business unit and report to the Sr. Manager, Global Advisory Services. This position will be responsible for owning or contributing to the design, development, and execution of short- and medium-term client projects and activities that contribute to the success of the business unit.

This person should have a history of building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels and experience creating high-quality data-driven client deliverables in a very fast-paced and highly agile environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings a positive and inspiring attitude to our team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This person will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering key deliverables for Great Place To Work’s most complex and influential accounts. As a result, this individual must have a high level of self-initiative, excellent follow-through, and problem-solving skills. As with all team members, this person will role model our Great Place To Work Values and will develop and thrive around the “10 Ways to Build Your Success” at Great Place To Work.
Key Responsibilities
Own or contribute to specific work streams, activities, and deliverables with varying and sometimes competing deadlines as determined by the Global Advisory Services work plans and customer needs.
Analyze large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data to craft cohesive and compelling written narratives for clients.
Willingness to develop a deep understanding of Great Place To Work solutions, product offerings, frameworks, delivery tools, and processes to deliver innovative solutions for clients aligned with our core research areas, such as workplace trust, leadership behaviors, employee resource groups, maximizing human potential, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Participate in and/or contribute to customer-focused meetings, including workshops, focus groups, discovery sessions and write data-driven reports capturing results and recommendations.
Apply Great Place To Work® Methodologies and points of view, as well as related organizational development and business principles, theories, and concepts to develop customer insights and recommendations.
Interpret client data, drawing actionable insights from quantitative data and illustrating its impact on the organization to Executive-level clients.
Demonstrate executive presence and expertise in facilitating discussions with client executives.
Contribute to the design and crafting of customer communications, ensuring a seamless customer experience, which may include taking, collating, theming notes and supporting overall meeting operations.
Anticipate current and future customer needs and provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support colleagues to best advise customers.
Write and edit (includes proofreading) reports, position papers, speaking points, and summary documents, incorporating key trends, themes, and making recommendations for organizational change in accordance with our methodologies, tone, and style and in alignment with bespoke customer requirements.
Ensure presentations and reports are polished, professional, and adhere to Brand Standards and Intellectual Property Guidelines
Facilitate after-action reviews to debrief what worked and what needs to improve to provide greater value; document and share all information gathered.
Support colleagues in meeting project timelines and deliverables.
20% travel; includes international travel as required.
Required Qualifications
Background in Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, and/or Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging
3-6 years of experience in the area of data analysis, organizational development, industrial psychology, and/or DEIB
Client-management experience
Ability to analyze and interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Preferred Qualifications
Alignment with Great Place to Work® Values, guiding behaviors, and Mission.
Must be a team player who can effectively toggle between different roles.
2-4 years of consulting experience
Strong communication skills (listening – active, written – clear & professional, and oral – genuine & articulate)
Strong Microsoft Office skills

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $88,700 - $127,500, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
