About the Position

This Strategic Advisor III position will support the success of the Global Advisory Services business unit and report to the Sr. Manager, Global Advisory Services. This position will be responsible for owning or contributing to the design, development, and execution of short- and medium-term client projects and activities that contribute to the success of the business unit.

We are looking for someone who is highly detailed and enthusiastic about Great Place To Work®’s mission of helping every place become a great place to work for all. This person should have a history of building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels and experience creating high-quality data-driven client deliverables in a very fast-paced and highly agile environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual who brings a positive and inspiring attitude to our team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. This person will be a crucial member of the team, responsible for designing, developing, and delivering key deliverables for Great Place To Work’s most complex and influential accounts. As a result, this individual must have a high level of self-initiative, excellent follow-through, and problem-solving skills. As with all team members, this person will role model our Great Place To Work Values and will develop and thrive around the “10 Ways to Build Your Success” at Great Place To Work.

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $88,700 - $127,500, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
