About the Role:

Great Place To Work® is seeking a highly experienced consulting professional to support our Advisory Services on a contract basis.

This role is designed for a consulting leader who can independently lead high-impact client engagements, serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, and deliver exceptional client experiences through strong project leadership, strategic thinking, and deep organizational expertise. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading complex engagements, navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and translating insights into practical recommendations that drive meaningful business and people outcomes.

We are seeking a senior-level consultant with a proven track record of hands-on execution as well as leading high-performing teams in client delivery as well. As with all team members, this person is passionate about Great Place To Work’s For All mission, embodies our values, and elevates the quality and impact of our advisory services.

The pay range for this position is $109,000 to $156,700. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
