About the Role
The Business Project Manager IV serves as a key partner to the EVP of Global Research & Recognition and supports the effectiveness of the broader Global Recognition & Research and Executive teams. Functioning similarly to a chief of staff, this role helps translate executive priorities into execution, creates alignment across teams, and extends the capacity of the EVP.

The role is responsible for creating the clarity, accountability, operational discipline, and technology-enabled ways of working needed to keep a diverse portfolio of priorities aligned and moving. This position manages the processes that provide visibility to the EVP across initiatives, decisions, risks, and dependencies; drives follow-through on commitments; and ensures that issues requiring executive attention are surfaced at the right time and with the right context.

By reducing coordination and information-management burdens, this role enables the EVP to spend more time leading and developing people, shaping strategy, driving innovation, and contributing to enterprise decisions. The successful candidate will be highly self-directed, collaborative, comfortable operating in a quickly changing and ambiguous environment, and able to work effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate will also be proficient and enthusiastic about using AI, automation, and emerging technologies to increase their own effectiveness, strengthen team workflows, and improve business processes.

Success in this role means helping the organization move faster, make better decisions, and create more space for the EVP to focus on people, strategy, and innovation. The ideal candidate builds trust quickly, approaches colleagues with empathy, caring and respect, and is equally comfortable holding people accountable to commitments and high standards. They take pride in helping colleagues succeed and can be trusted to represent the EVP by balancing deep care for people with a commitment to performance excellence and business results.

As with all team members, this person will be passionate about Great Place To Work’s For All™ mission, embody our values, and contribute to the continued evolution and impact of our work.
